Office Administrator

Shoalts and Zaback Architects Ltd. are seeking an individual to join our team to assist with Office Administrator and Bookkeeping services. The daily responsibilities of the full-time, in-office position will include working as part of our team preparing, tracking, and collecting client and consultant contracts and invoices. You will also assist staff with the preparation of reports, project documentation, proposals, and general office duties.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in an office environment

  • Degree or Diploma; minimum 3 years, or equivalent

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback

  • Ability to qualify for CPIC and security clearances required for government work

The successful candidate will be proactive in their approach to their work, well-organized with an attention to detail, have an understanding of construction related terminology and contracts, and be proficient in current accounting software and Microsoft Office. You will be a team player with the ability to multi-task, work with clients, consultants, and the team.
